Post: Pre Payment/Arbitration Letter
Posted by BP on 6/08/04
My law firm lost the Pre Payment Arbitration Letter I signed when I closed on my house. This states that I can't sell the house or pay in full for 3 years. They mailed me another copy wanting me to sign it but should I? If they do not have it can I Pay in full or sell the home? Do I have to send them a signed one back..seems to me that they made the mistake and they should pay. Thanks in advance for your advice!
