Everyone makes mistakes and misplaces and or looses things,
it's just human nature. Ethically and morally you should sign
it because you admitted that you signed the original one.
If not, then you take your chances
SCENARIO (Act I, Scene I)
You blow it off and don't sign. Then you pay off and/or sell
the property before the 3 years is up.
SCENARIO (Act I, Scene II)
Law Firm: "Hey! Look what I found. The original Arbitration
Letter with the client's signature on it."
SCENARIO (Act II, Scene I)
You: In court answering a lawsuit
