An attorney is representing both my father and his future
wife. They had my father draw up a new will, Power of
Attorney and prenuptial on realestate. My father had been
diagnosed with dementia. I say this is a conflidt of
interest and I need to know how I can resolve this or
report the attorney to the bar. Thanks for any help.
