No law against that.

He rules anything he wants without fear of repercussion.
He changed my annual income from $21,000 to $50,000 so he could increase my child support.

So he could increase "your" child support?

He backdated it therefore I am automatically in the arrears.

What am i not understanding here.

I have alerted the Attorney General, the Governor of West Virginia, and all the other suggestions I've gotten over the years. Anyone else suggest what to do or who to write? I don't want anything free, just point me in the right direction. Wanda
