Laws on this vary from state to state. Since you did not post
your state, only general info can be provided.
Your signature on document of Acknowledgement of Paternity at
time of birth raises only a presumption that you are biodad.
Biomom has standing to rebut the presumption that you are
biodad. The court was correct to order you to prove you are
biodad.
If the court ordered you to take blood test, then take the
blood test. The blood test IS relevant. If the blood test
comes back that you are biodad, then you can get a court order
that conclusively establishes you as biodad. If you do not
take the test, then you are impliedly admitting you are not
biodad.
