Post: Custody Conciliator Removal in PA
Posted by J. Matt on 1/29/05
The assigned custody concilator seems to have a propensity to make side bar decisions adverse to father and, repeatedly does so without any in or on the record to support her decisions. I'm of the position that at a full hearing the conciliator will make serious adverse recommendations to court against father. How can and what is the procedure(s) for getting a concilator removed, substituted or impeached?
