    elder and funds in the estate are missing, "held in trust".
    Both my father and mother were mentally disabled vulnerable.
    Dad had a mental health disability pension since WWII. This is
    so easy and encouraged and endorsed by state bureaucracies.
    Schneider's children will never benefit from their trust. But
    it is legal; it happened in a court of law.

    I would like to learn of similar cases. We are publishing our
    horrendous horror story of loss.


    I am an only child named as Executor for his Mother who lost her
    in probate court under the same outfit. This is about
