Re: Do you know a bad judge?
Posted by Kim on 10/02/07

    Hello bill,
You sound like a nice guy, but what facts do you have that can prove
this girl isn’t on serous drugs and needs help? Has Shcik lifted a
finger to get her help? It is one thing to start a drug court in
Charleston; it is another thing for him to do something with it. It is
obvious that this girl must be on some sort of drugs to put a
protection order against her own father. Sure I have been mad at my
mom, or dadbefore, when I was younger, but I would never take my parents
who loved me and raised me and do something so horrible as that to
them, it would be un-thinkable. Until someone can post some kind of
proof that this father has done anything wrong, other then someone just
saying its true, or show me somewhere that this girl is not on drugs
and convince me of that; then I don’t believe the court should have put
a protection order on this father for trying to get his daughter off
drugs, and then the court abandons her. Doing this to her has left her
on her own, when she needed help the most, this is a disgrace to the
justice system on so many levels. Anyways, I still don’t agree that
this Judge should have gave the protection order to this girl, when it
was stated there were no threats towards the girl, or proof of a any
threat towards her; my understanding the threat was a verbal statement
made by the girl, apparently directed at some boy friend she dates, who
was probably the drug dealer. Don’t you agree with that? I base
everything on proof, if you have proof then post it, or tell me the
documentation and section number. Take care.
