Post: confidentiality

A few months ago I filed papers with Child Support Services in the County of Orange in California. My case was red flagged because of a history of violent abuse from my daughters father, I did not want them to put any of my personal information on the court paperwork. Once the court papers were delivered to my daughters father he called me at work. Which I thought was strange since I have not spoken to him in over 10 years and have only been at my current job for 5 years. I later found out that Child Support Serives did black out my home and work addresses but neglected to black the name of the company I work for. So of course he figured out how to get ahold of me. Then I find out that they sent to him all my financial information, including copies of paycheck stubs I had sent to Child Support Serivices originally, which have my social security number on them. Is the department of Child Support Services liable for giving him this confidential information? I have left them 3 messages, and of course they have not called me back. Any help would be appreciated.
