    Is someone interviewing you? Is this a legit post or are you
    trying to get someone else to do your leg work? Be careful
    with things like this, you really do not know who is answering
    and if their answers are well thought out responses or a bunch
    of cow leavings. FWIW, here's mine:
    1)everyone is entitled to a defense.
    2)yes. what you are asking violates attorney/client priv.
    3) see #1.
    4) see #1
    5) see #1
    6) everywhere at all times. See #1.
    we take an oath when we are sworn in. We should have learned
    enough about ethics and what is expected of us for these
    questions not to be problems. As far as I can see, you have
    posed no ethical questions at all.
