Post: ETHICS

Posted by BAD ETHICS on 11/03/06

CAN A LAWYER SAY HE WILL MEDIATE A DISPUTE AND PERSON A
TELLS HIM THINGS IN CONFIDENCE AND THEN A WEEK LATER TELLS
PERSON A THAT HE WILL BE REPRESENTING PERSON B OF THE
MEDIATION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS A LEGAL CODE OR
ARTICLE THAT I CAN USE AS A REFRENCE. NOT A LAWYER ONLY
    SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW

    THANKS
