my atturny cohurst me into taking the alford by threatening me
with 12 years in prison. i plead guilty to two counts of
conspirecy to deliver drugs 1 count of illegal explosive.
there was nothing on the search warrent about explosives. and
the search warrent had not been signed by a judge there was
verry little drugs found at the place of residence.then my
rights were violated at the plea barineng. the prosicution
brought my defered sentance up to the judge by telling him she
wanted a perminant confication of the thirty four guns taken
from my locked safe. because i was not suposed to have them in
the first place. the judge agreed and my lawyer said nothing.i
was sent to jail for 90 days fined two thousand dollars and
spent one year on probation. later d.o.c. came into my home
and arrested me for 5 counts of a felon with firearms(black
powder)that were hanging from my wall in display. with a new
lawyer i was able to prove i was not a felon in the first
place and should never have lost my gunes in the first place.
all charges were droped i was suposed to get all my gunes back
i recieved the black powder back but as of today nothing has
been done about getting the rest returned. i would be
greatfull for eny help i could get. thank you
