    This lawyer in FL screwed me 5 years ago. He was a member
    of the NY Bar, and admitted to the US Bar. He was just
    disbarred in FL, then was immediatly disbarred by Order of
    the US District Court.

    Can he continue to practice in NY? Is he obligated to
    resign up there?
