San Diego police abusing there authority arrested my son on
June 3 stated violated by having moms cell phone in the car
when the san Diego police asked for the code to the phone
to unlock it that stated you being arrested. Took my son to
jail for 5 days then release him. Probation dept called him
asked him to come in the office we he gets their detectives
where waiting for him to questioned him about a homicide
while we were at probation. They send police officers to my
home gang unit la mesa police came to my house my disable
daughter was home with a 5 year grandson she was in the
shower they I live on the second floor the climb on the
balcony broke the screen door when my daugther open the
door the detective push my daughter against the wall in
told her to shut up on go to jail. On June 14 they arrested
my son again stating him violated on regarding June 3 2011
arrest now is not phone now he was with a gang member. The
police made false statements on the day of the arrest to
the probation dept that my son was where all red. The
property slip from the jail does say that. San Diego
families need help with this police abuse of authority. MY
son plays football has a 4.0 GPA and the police keeps
harassing him please help stop the police abuse in San
Diego.
