I am paralyzed from a car accident and my attorney gave me
money and a car in advance. He told me since he was giving
me money and stuff that I should sign and give him 50% of
my settlement. I was stupid, confused and unstable and I
did. He got 50% of my settlement and we didn't even go to
trial. We settled out of court and he received 50% of my
money. He almost got a half of million dollars! He got more
then me and I'm the one who is paralyzed for the rest of my
life. Can he do this? Can I do anything to him? Can he get
disciplined from the state bar? Thanks and please email me
