After repeated request and faxing every half hour on day i
finally received the document he stated I signed giving up
my punitive damages. In the mean time I was frighten into
signing an agreement he stated was only to be used as
a "last ditch effort" (needless to say was a lie).
upon reviewing this fax, it appears my signature was either
forged or capied and pasted onto this document.
When I ask him about it, he stated it didn't make any
difference because the latter aggreement I signed was that
i accepted this as final.
What are my recourse if any?
