What relationship do you have with this child? How is it
that you have the kind of detailed information that you
present? Do you have childern of your own?
If the mother is in fact hitting this child in the face he
will certainly show bruises. I'm not sure that if Child
Protective Services and the school counselor don't see a
problem that help from outsiders is a solution that is
logical to seek.
