In California, if a wife buys a house with her income
(spouse is lazy) but leaves her husband and her kids
because of his cheating and physical abuse, but is paying
him child and spousal support; in their divorce settlement
is she entitled to half the equity in the house or does she
have to wait until their youngest child turns 18, (she is 8
now) before she can get half of the equity. California is a
no fault state so I know his cheating will not be a factor.
