    I did post this first on 2/2/07, however, I didn't say the
    house is in both their names and was NOT a gift. There wouldn't
    be a need for the question had it have been a gift. So being
    as it is in BOTH of their NAMES, would she be eligible to ask
    and get half of the equity?
