In 1998 and 1999, I paid my ex wife child support
directly. In 2000, she filed wage deduction order, so my
payments had to come from my paycheck. She has filed non-
payment through DHR for 1998 and 1999. Do banks keep
records that far back? If I paid her directly, will the
courts count this a child support?
