Hello all how are you my gf moved out last month since her
mom & i dont see i to eye i was having couple issues with
my gf but we moved down the street from her mom house in st
petersburgh im originally frOm Ny she promise her to pay
her bills if she left me my gf got fired form her job & now
her mom does not want to pay her bills my son on the paper
i signed had my last name but when we finally recieved it
that for some reason my gf put her moms addres my son now
has her last name my gf doesnot even have her dad last name
she never met him has her mom so my son technically & now
legally has granma name & on top of that is now in a year
moving to kentucky to live near her grandma & wants me to
pay for everything im over 21 she is not yet is only 20 my
son has not met no one from his dad side (me) only my
sister & my mom but when they did my mom called the cops on
her my gf & her mom who try to kick my mom & sister out of
my house which i pay all da bills @ after 2 days of meeting
them stating that my gf was not confortable having
strangers in the house while i was @ work the st pete
police advise to let them stay since im the one on the
least & pays all da bills & its his mother & the child
grandma as well we both come from diffrent cultures mines
is italian & spanish & she is by anyother reason is
caucasian the only reason im in this state was for her & my
son since his birth we have been together for 3 years till
last month im not gonna lied we have like any other
relationship its ups & downs but im now w/o family in this
state having to deal living alone & lost & also with out
gettign to see my son or having commuincation & now getting
mail from the local florida dept of revenue asking me to
pay child support i wantot be there for him & supply him
all he needs im not a bad guy & i come from a big family &
commuincatives & supporting but her side is oppostie of
that on how she was raised so my real questions does anyone
know what i can do to gain 50% custody & also to change his
name to my last name so i can have a say so in his life as
well w/o her taking him outta of the state w/o my
permission i dont wantot take his mom away but i dont feel
its right that she can do anything she wants & i feel my
hands are tied ? u know im not asking for much right? thank
u so very much for all your advise lost w/o my son in
florida w/o family thanks u for your time & reading all
this venting
