A child does not get to determine with whom she lives (except
in a handful of states and yours is not one of them.)
If biomom has sole legal and physical custody of the child,
she must go -- or there must be a change custody to biodad (if
he's alive and a suitable placement) with a court order-- or
an adult must be appointed as her legal guardian by court order.
