I concur and as you said, something is not being told here. My daughter was a special needs student and was enrolled in the appropriate EIP classes and graduated 2 years ago. She too missed a 'few' classes but was NEVER sent to foster care, written up, or otherwise...NEVER! Somethings amiss...
