A friend of mine is trying to figure out what he should
do. His ex-girlfriend refuses to put him on their babys'
birth certificate. He doesn't only want his name on the
birth certificate, he also feels he should get full
custody. She is 9 months old and is not being well cared
for being with her mother. North carolina is also
concidered her home state. Any ideas....
