    Your husband has the rights spelled out in the
    custody/visitation order. If the court order says she gets
    visitation, she gets visitation according to the court order
    UNLESS there is an emergency in which the child's
    health/safety is in immediate danger. If your hsuband doesn't
    like the existing custody/visitation order, it is up to him to
    get a modification if he does not want biomom to have
    visitation with the child. A 7-year-old does not get to
    decide whether or not he will visit with his biomom if the
    court has ordered biomom gets visitation.
