Your husband has the rights spelled out in the custody/visitation order. If the court order says she gets visitation, she gets visitation according to the court order UNLESS there is an emergency in which the child's health/safety is in immediate danger. If your hsuband doesn't like the existing custody/visitation order, it is up to him to get a modification if he does not want biomom to have visitation with the child. A 7-year-old does not get to decide whether or not he will visit with his biomom if the court has ordered biomom gets visitation.
