My divorce was final Jan 2001 in Calaveras county, We have
2 children which resided with him at the beginning and now
for the last 3 years we each have one child living with
us. There is a family home in Valley Springs which he
still occupies with one child and we each pay half the
mortgage, taxes & ins for. The divorce agreement stated he
would reside in the house with the children until the
youngest turns 18 then at that time it would be sold and
any equity from the sale would be split in half. Since
things have changed since 2001, I would like to know if it
is possible to make hime buy my half or sale the property
before the youngest is 18, which is in 5 years.I now
reside in Bakersfield (Kern county).
