First, and most importantly, and as you should well know, a
child's life is not a competition, such that you have
to "compete" with anybody.

Second, you can file a petition for modification of custody.
(Since you're still a minor, this generally requires that you
must get an adult to file the petition for you, since in many
states a mnor cannot represent herself in court). The burden of
proof is on you to show that there is a change of circumstnaces
such that you custody of the child should be with you, the
biomom, AND that it is in the best interests of hthe child to
grant custody to you. It is unlikely you can carry your burden
of proof such that the court will disrupt the child's life to
return custody to you.
