I am a U.S. Citizen, Resident of California. I got married
in El Salvador and want to divorce the man. We had one
child. Now, how do I go about getting a divorce? Can I
file papers here in California? or do I need to travel to
El Salvador to start the process? I only have a $300
budget. Please help me.
