My ex is trying to serve papers with regard to our 4 year
old son, who is currently residing with him in Colorado. I
am in Alabama. He has my address...I've given him every
opportunity to serve these papers, as I want them. Can he
say that he tried to serve them and then proceed to pursue
sole custody of my son without me? How can I stop this?
