I have sole custody of my 4 year old, her grandparents have
been temporarily taking care of her while I work nights.
They are saying that they are not able to take her to the
doctor when needed, that they need to file for
guardianship. Is guardianship the same thing as custody,
and is it true that grandparents cannot take a grandchild
to the doctor?
