Hello I am a divorce father 49 year old out of
California,my daughter age 14 lives with her mother in
cali and was granted full custody as I moved to spring
Texas...A year has past and my daughter has spent two
summers and two xmas's with me and does'nt want to live
with her mother anymore.. I am disable on a good fix
income I live in wonder home and but can't pull the extra
funds for a lawyer... What step could I start on my own or
help by the courts to gain custody of my daughter to live
with me in texas?? At this point I AM ONLY TRYING TO
SATISFY HER WANTS AS MY DAUGHTER. At the divorce my
daughter stated to the family counselor that she did
wanted to move with me but the courts granted her to her
mother, she was age 13 then....
