What are the consequences for a mother after not knowing
who the biological father of her child is do the
following: get married, change the child's last name to
her husband's last name (which he signed)on the birth
certificate, five years later decide to get paternity test
taken, find the biological father, file for child support
and was granted, has two different birth certificates for
the child one with her maiden name the other with husbands
last name, child support office was given the birth
certificate with the maiden name and not the one with the
husbands last name....Can someone please assist me with
this? I have never heard of such wicked, malicious and
vindictive behavior.
