Consequences for what? Pursuing support for a child that
biodad is legally obligated to support? Then, none.

It appears no law was broken. If the DNA test proved the
man to be biodaddy, as appeas to be the cae, then biodaddy
has a legal oblgiation to suport his child.

I see nothing wicked, malicious or vindictive about pursuing
support for a child who is entitled, under the law, to
support form his biological father. If you are biodad:
shame on you. If you are the significant other of biodad:
It's biodad's business.
