Only a court can stop child support and ONLY where the court determines that it is in the child's best interst to do so. It is only one in a blue moon where child support can be stopped. Millions of women put a name on the child's birth certificate because they do not know or do not want the real father's name pbut on the document. POroving they "falsely" did it is nearly impossible. It is a myth that the biological parents can agree amongst themselves that biomom will waive child support if biodad will waive visitation. Biomom has no such right to waive child support. It is the child's right to support from his parents. I repeat: It is biodad's and biomom's business. As for the rest of your post: (1) We can agree to disagree. (2)You are focusing on the wrong thing, madam. It takes two to create the situation. And pointing a finger at only one of the two will only get you a tired finger.
