    I am absolutely baffled and amazed that someone giving a legal
    opinion doesnt read the facts. "We do not wish to sue." We
    simply feel this was innapropriate and are concerned that
    problems may arise in the future and want to know what if any
    steps we should take now to help our daughter avoid an
    uncomfortable situation later.
