I have a CP agreement in NY and it states that the CP is
effective until 21 or 22 if the child is a full time
student. He is and will not graduate until May. He just
turned 22 and his father wants to stop support. I guess I
read this wrong, but I expect the support to continue
through graduation. Am I wrong?
