    Yes I understand the difference if he were saling it to us. We
    are only under control of the auto while he is out of the
    counrty. He is wanting us to take control of the auto just
    till he is back in the country. What paperwork can we get to
    do this? If the auto is in both names, can it be done? They
    are spiting up and fall under the FL laws. Any suggestions for
    a temporary solution?
