My sister and her daughter moved to VA from TN. School
transcripts transferred but shot records incomplete.
Sister trying to locate records in TN but because it was
almost 3 years ago, no one wants to search for records
expeditiously. Need records by next Wednesday or NO MORE
SCHOOL for neice!

Question: Can she grant temporary POA to me (Aunt) so that
I can complete this task? I figure it is harder to ignore
someone who is standing in your office to find old school
files than it is when it is just a disembodied voice on the
phone.

Any answers much appreciated!!
