Found out was pregnant in Nov 2003, same time biodad went
to prison and was given 17 years. Knew about pregnancy
would not claim child.

found out was having daughter, and due to the fact new
boyfreind not biodad had a vasectomy and then his daughter
passed away.

boyfreind decides to get married before baby is born to be
considered legal dad, got married on march 2004, daughter
is born may 2004. was there when she was born, on birth
certificate as father, daughter has his last name and
considers him her dad, only dad she knows.

been separated since july 2007, and he has now emotionally
and financially walked out of her life. and feel he is no
longer responsible for emotionally or financially
supporting her and dont have any rights to her, because he
is not the bio dad and two he had a vasectomy.
