    Gee, thanks.
    I know that the divorce is finalized only when the judge's
    signature is on the decree. I wanted to know about the 90-
    day "cooling off" period that is required if you file before 2
    years of separation. If you wait the 2 years to file, can the
    judge can sign the final decree before 90-days is up?
