I filed a motion for a revision to a current stipulation. My
ex is giving me trouble with all the points of the
stipulation thinking that since he has 100% physical custody
this makes him the custodial parent and he can decide what
the stipulation implies. Since I filed the motion, I now
have new issues he is creating. Can he assume the meaning of
the stipulation, and can I file a new motion with the new
issues prior to the original being heard, and can I,
instead, bring the new issues up in court without filing a
second motion?
