    If you were never married has he even established that hes is the
    father, ie: did he sign a birth certificate? If NOT then call
    the police and report a kidnapping..if paternity has not been
    established then he has kidnapped this child. Again why wait this
    long, as a parent I could NOT imagine waiting...
