Hello. I had a child with my boyfriend in the US and we
are both from another country. He already have his
citizenship and I'm on a visa student until next year. As
our relationship is not working anymore, I am planning on
leaving the country when my visa expires and he told me he
is not going to give me the permission to leave with the
baby. I don't know what are my rights. My son has double
citizenship but I can't leave the country without dad's
permission and can't be here after my visa's expiration.
And of course, don't want to leave without my baby! Please
help me!! Thanks.
