Sure he can all the girlfriends he wants. But what you can do is stipulate in the temporary orders that he cannot have any overnight "guests" between the hours of 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. when the child is sleeping under the same roof, or whatever hours you feel is prudent. Of course the same restrictions go for you, too, when your son is with you. Don't know about other states but that is common in Texas. So the answer is, no you cannot press charges but you can modify the temp orders if you have them; if not, get them.
