The only rights you have are any spelled out in a court
order.
No court order? Then, no rights.
Mom's getting pregnant and moving out of state is irrelevant
as to her chances of regaining custody if she ever gets her
act together. If a court orders the child returned, the
child must be returned to the biological parent.
