This is a young man who will be 17 the 22nd day of
February. The state took him out of his mom and dad's
custody when he was 14 years old. The state held him in
detention, group homes, and shelters. He came to live
with me August of 2007. His parents signed a notarized
paper saying I could enroll him in school, and give him
medical treatment when needed. They're trying to make him
come back "home." I don't know what to do, but I do know
he has done so much better since leaving his "hometown."
He makes good grades and doesn't fight; however, when he
was in his hometown he got suspended from school and
fought all of the time. Please help me on this situation.
