my boyfrind is going thru a divorce and in the separation
agreement he took responsibilities of a debt him and his
wife had under both names,also they both sign the agreement
that that his name will come out of the house mortgage and
stop payment his half that his being paying for the last 2
years right after the divorce,she is unable to refinance
the house under her name only because her credit is shut
down, well she is being garnish the loan he took
responsibility for as of now, she is contesting the divorce
for repayment shes also saying she dont have to sell the
house cause his in default of separation agreement,and that
hes going to have to still pay for the half mortage payment
even after the divorce, can someone tell is this is true.
