    Thank you so much I needed to hear that from someone who knows
    something in this feild of work. The only other issue I have is
    that I know he is not going to flee he has already wrote me and
    told me that he is going to fight in everyway possible to see
    his child and that scares me more than anything. Can they do
    paternity tests while he is in jail if he asks for one? He
    knows when I am due and all that so he is going to try and
    fight for it... I am glad that he does not have any rights
    though that is good enough news for now... Thanks again
