my daughter had a child by her then boyfriend 2 years ago.
since then he has been arressted for drug dealing,assault
against her,terroristic threats against her, burglary,and
assault against another person.she has full legal and
physical custody of the baby.he has visitation every other
week. he keeps lying to the courts about her and thinks
this will give him custody.considering his criminal
background does she have anything to worry about?
