If my ex (the custodial parent) takes our children out of
state, doesn’t she have to notify me, and at least give me
some sort of contact information, even if it doesn’t state
this in our court order? All the court order says is that I
have periods of partial physical custody, and that she has
primary physical and legal custody of them. I do not find
out about these ventures out of state till a week or so
after they are back, and our children tells me. Shouldn’t I
be notified?
